Challenge
C21 and Dell Technologies aimed to engage Canadian educators and school leaders to enhance student achievement, well-being, and administrative efficiency through AI. They developed AI Use Cases focusing on collaborative learning, privacy, security, ethics, and bias mitigation, which were presented to a national panel of educators.
Solution
Logics Academy, in partnership with C21 and Dell, supported the implementation of these Use Cases with expert coaches. The coaches helped define objectives, provided ongoing support, monitored progress, and collected feedback to measure impact.
Results
Logics Academy supported five AI Use Case implementations across Canadian school districts from July to October 2024 and four AI Use Cases from January to April 2025, covering the following topics: Leveraging AI in the Classroom (2024) AI to Support District Improvement Goals (2024) De-Blackboxing AI Technology (2024) Enhancing Elementary STEM Education (2024) Empowering Parents in Shelter Systems and Indigenous Communities (2024) Copilot Agents for Staff and Student Support (2025) AI Chatbot for School Community Engagement (2025) AI for Personalized Reading Recommendations (2025) Enhancing Business Productivity with Teams Premium – Post Secondary (2025) Round 1 of Use Cases were showcased at the Mindshare Learning EdTech Leadership Summit in November 2024, highlighting AI’s transformative role in education.
