Vision
Empowering Leaders Through AI Innovation

The New Brunswick Administrative AI Use Case Initiative is a hands-on leadership learning experience designed to help principals, vice-principals, and district leaders apply Microsoft Copilot to authentic problems of practice. Rather than focusing on technology adoption alone, participants identify real challenges within planning, communication, operations, and decision-making, then design, test, and refine AI-enabled workflows that create meaningful impact.
Through a province-wide Community of Practice, leaders collaborate, share insights, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen leadership capacity, and support better outcomes for staff, students, and school communities.
